It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to including fetal development instruction as part of the health curriculum used in public schools in certain grade levels could be absorbed using existing resources.
Local Government Impact
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) assumes there would be costs to school districts to train teachers and develop or identify instructional materials related to the human reproductive process, pregnancy, and infertility.
