No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) assumes school districts and charter schools would have some increased costs to the extent the bill requires them to provide training to employees that do not currently receive the training. The fiscal impact would vary by district and charter school.
