No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to remove the Comptroller as a recipient of certain audit and reporting requirements of regional planning commissions.

According to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, there would be no administrative costs to the agency.

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no significant fiscal impact to counties is anticipated.
