HB3014 by Burrows (Relating to the clerk and other personnel of the municipal court of record of the City of Lubbock.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to establish that certain provisions relating to the duties, supervision, and control of municipal court clerks and other court personnel would be inapplicable to certain municipal courts.

According to the Office of Court Administration (OCA), no significant fiscal impact to the state court system is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

According to OCA, no significant fiscal impact to local courts is anticipated.
