No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on analysis by the Office of the Attorney General and the Office of Court Administration, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to public information on protective orders could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
