IN RE:
HB3057 by Harris (Relating to the appointment, powers, duties, rights, and privileges of special Texas constables.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the appointment, powers, duties, rights, and privileges of special Texas constables could be absorbed using existing resources.

This analysis assumes the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant impact on state correctional populations or on the demand for state correctional resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
