No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require Texas Water Development Board, in coordination with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, to adopt standards for water management in certain areas of the state that meet criteria described in the bill. The agencies do not anticipate a significant fiscal impact to accomplish the provisions of the bill.
