HB3105 by Burns (Relating to the authority of a county to restrict sex offenders from child safety zones in the unincorporated area of the county.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to authorize counties to impose certain limitations on registered sex offenders in unincorporated areas of the county by order.  The bill would establish certain defenses to prosecution for a violation of this order.
