No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Health and Human Services Commission, as part of the biennial plan on long-term care for persons with an intellectual disability, to conduct a review and develop a process to reallocate certain beds. Any costs associated with the requirements of the bill would be minimal and could be absorbed within the available resources of the commission.
