No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Legislative Budget Board (LBB) to perform a strategic fiscal review for each state agency continued in existence by an Act of the 85th legislature. The bill would require the LBB to submit a report of the findings of the strategic fiscal review performed under the requirements of the bill to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and members of Senate Finance and House Appropriations committees not later than September 1, 2020.

It is assumed that implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing resources.
