No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the use of personal leave during school holidays by school district employees could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

The bill allows a school district employee to use personal leave to receive compensation for an uncompensated holiday.
