No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the Education Code relating to an occupational and life skills associate degree program offered by the Lone Star College System District. Based on the analyses of the Higher Education Coordinating Board and Lone Star College, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
