No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 55 of the Transportation Code to revise requirements for maritime port plans and programs prepared, submitted, and implemented by the Port Authority Advisory Committee.

Based on the information provided by the Texas Department of Transportation, it is assumed implementation of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal or operational impact to the agency.
