No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would make administrative changes relating to the Texas Emergency Services Retirement System. Based on the agency's analysis, and the assumption that member department and state contributions to the System would remain at current levels, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
