No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of the bill.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the use of Texas emissions reduction plan funds for a study conducted by the Texas A&M Transportation Institute could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
