No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would repeal expiration provisions relating to the electronic exchange of health information under the Texas Health Services Authority.

The Department of State Health Services and the Health and Human Services Commission indicate that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
