No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to extend an existing authorization for certain officers or employees of a municipality to approve certain minor plats or replats to include establishing or modifying the location of a public right-of-way or public access.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Municipal League, no significant fiscal impact to cities is anticipated.
