No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on analysis by the Secretary of State, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the countywide polling place program could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties and Bexar County, no significant fiscal implication to Bexar County is anticipated.
