The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to the donation of alcoholic beverages for certain charitable events. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission anticipates that the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.
