No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to authorize a county to charge a fee for any retail food operation located on property, or in a facility owned, operated, or leased by the county.

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.
