No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on analysis by the Secretary of State and the Office of Court Administration, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to voter registration could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no significant fiscal implication to counties is anticipated.
