IN RE:
HB3623 by Schaefer (Relating to renewal of a public school teacher's continuing employment contract based on student growth.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to renewal of a public school teacher's continuing employment contract based on student growth could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

The Texas Education Agency assumes school districts would incur costs to establish and track student minimum growth standards under the bill.
