HB3673 by Capriglione (Relating to the application of the Underground Facility Damage Prevention and Safety Act to Class B underground facilities.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Utilities Code to extend provisions of the Underground Facility Damage Prevention and Safety Act to underground water, slush, and sewage facilities.

According to the Public Utility Commission, the bill would have no significant fiscal impact to the commission and that its provisions could be implemented using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
