No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Transportation Code to add certain counties to an existing authorization for certain counties to install streetlights along county roads but prohibits these additional counties from installing these lights on private property.
Local Government Impact
According to Harris, Tom Green, and Nueces counties, the bill would have no fiscal impact on their counties.
