No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to prohibit certain municipalities from enforcing an ordinance in an extra-territorial jurisdiction that imposes certain water quality regulations.

According to the Texas Municipal League, the fiscal implications of the bill cannot be determined at this time.
