No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to tastings by certain license or permit holders at certain events. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission anticipates that the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.
