No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety and Water codes to specify that an enclosed vehicle this is a utility trailer, van, box van, or receiver box is not subject to transportation requirements of municipal solid waste. Based on information provided by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed with existing resources.
