No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to prohibited relationships between holders of certain alcoholic beverage licenses and permits and excessive discounts on certain alcoholic beverages. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission anticipates that the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
