HB3843 by Nevárez (Relating to the use of a priority groundwater management area study in certain areas.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Texas Water Development Board to use the applicable priority groundwater management area study to set the modeled available groundwater for the area described in the bill. The agency assumes the provisions of the bill can be accomplished within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
