IN RE:	HB3862 by Bohac (Relating to notice of the cash price of certain health care services by certain hospitals.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require certain hospitals to disclose the hospital's cash price for each health care service regularly provided by the hospital. LBB analysis of the Health and Human Services Commission and the University of Texas System indicates that the bill can be implemented with existing resources.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no fiscal impact to counties is anticipated.
