No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to prohibit the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality from issuing a permit, registration or other authorization for land application of grease trap waste or grit trap waste under circumstances defined in the bill. Based on the analysis of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
