No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Higher Education Coordinating Board to establish an advisory council on postsecondary education for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Based on the analysis provided by the Higher Education Coordinating Board, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
