No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Education Code and the Labor Code relating to measures to facilitate the award of postsecondary course credit leading to workforce credentialing based on military experience, education, and training. Based on the analysis of the Texas Workforce Commission, it is assumed that the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
