HB4200 by Reynolds (Relating to an exception from required disclosure of information related to certain crime victims maintained by a county or district clerk.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to exempt certain information concerning certain victims of criminal offenses from disclosure.

According to the Office of the Attorney General (OAG), there will be no significant fiscal impact to the office from the bill.  OAG anticipates any additional work resulting from the passage of this bill could reasonably be absorbed within current resources.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.
