IN RE:
HB4206 by Lozano (Relating to a requirement that the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board include the number of commercial driver's license training program certificates awarded by a public junior college in measuring the achievement of certificate and degree completion goals under the state's master plan for higher education.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Education Code relating to a requirement that the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board include the number of commercial driver's license training program certificates awarded by a public junior college in measuring the achievement of certificate and degree completion goals under the state's master plan for higher education. This analysis assumes that any costs to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
