No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on analysis by the Texas Education Agency and the Office of the Attorney General, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to review and approval by the attorney general of certain bonds financing an educational facility for certain charter schools could be absorbed using existing resources.
