No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on analysis by the Texas Education Agency and the Office of the Attorney General, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to reviews of certain bonds for charter schools could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
