HB4348 by Phelan (Relating to the authority of certain minors to consent to Texas Home Visiting Program services.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow a minor who is otherwise eligible to consent to enrolling in and receiving services from a home visiting program. The Department of Family and Protective Services determined that the provisions of the bill could be implemented using existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
