No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code and the Natural Resources Code to remove references to prescribed burning organizations. Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Agriculture and the Office of Court Administration, the provisions of the bill could be implemented with existing resources.
