No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would establish a task force to study and make recommendations regarding the availability of and barriers to legal services for persons with disabilities. The task force's report would be completed not later than December 1, 2020.

The Health and Human Services Commission indicates that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
