No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Education Code relating to a study on the use of art therapy in public schools and on art therapy in higher education. 

The Texas Education Agency assumes the provisions of the bill could be implemented using existing resources. 

Based on information provided by the agency, this analysis assumes the provisions of the bill could be implemented by the Higher Education Coordinating Board using existing resources.
