No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to include additional requirements as provided in the bill for certain air quality permit applications for aggregated productions located in the jurisdiction of a municipality. Based on the analysis of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
