No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code to prohibit a political subdivision from requiring certain specified terms of employment and to prohibit these subdivisions from regulating private employers from enquiring about the criminal history of an applicant or employee.

According to the Texas Workforce Commission, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
