No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on analysis by the Secretary of State, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to bond election ballot language requirements could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no fiscal implication to counties is anticipated. It is assumed that any costs associated with the provisions of the bill relating to bond elections for school districts could be absorbed within existing resources.
