No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Department of Information Resources indicates there would be a cost associated with implementing the bill's provisions; this analysis assumes the cost could be absorbed utilizing existing resources. The Public Utility Commission anticipates that any work resulting from the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
