No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Property Code to extend an existing authorization to omit personal information from certain property records to additional classes of property records. The bill would also modify certain statutory definitions relating to certain judges.
According to the Department of Public Safety, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
