No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Agriculture Code to prohibit a political subdivision from prohibiting an individual from raising or keeping six or few chickens.

Local Government Impact

According to Kaufman County, Rockwall County and Travis County the bill would have no fiscal impact to their respective counties.
