No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Special District Local Laws Code relating to the procedures for ballot petitions in certain hospital districts.

Local Government Impact

According to Wilbarger County, the county does not provide any type of monetary support to Wilbarger County Hospital District and therefore would be unaffected fiscally.
