SB230 by Perry (Relating to a landowner's liability for injuries incurred during certain recreational activities.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code by adding rock climbing to the list of activities within the definition of recreation. Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished using existing resources.
