No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the release by a peace officer of certain individuals suspected of the offense of public intoxication could be absorbed using existing resources.

According to Harris County and the Travis County Sheriff, no significant fiscal impact to their counties is anticipated.
